age staff apps

I believe 15 is a good age. Only problem is that not many 15 year olds can be as mature as others. So depending on their staff application and how they act in-game, is how you should judge their maturity.

 

I definitely second Brian_Coffey. I could hardly say it any better. But I also do see that most under the age of 14 seem to more likely be subjective to things like abuse, misconduct, unprofessional behavior (i.e. cursing at players) and overall laziness. It takes someone with the eyes of someone else as well as themselves to truly moderate equally. Much like how a judge must carry him/herself in court.

 

This basically comes down to the development of the pre-frontal cortex which comes with age.

 

The age of which you must require should be atleast 14+.

I would say that 14 is a good age but, at this age their is a big huge difference in maturity from one 14 year old to another. They should look into the logs to see their maturity level.
