The Future of Brawl

It eventually became a harem with little to no character development at all, GGO had some development regarding Asuna, Sinon, and Yuuki but they all didn't really go anywhere with it.

Log Horizon takes the concept of being trapped in a video game and improves on it, its much more story driven with less action but it's much better at representing "trapped in an mmo"

 

I think they should've made less pokemon/kiddish characters less "dumb joke haha" stuff. Focused more on the aspect of them farming and levelling up etc like a game but with people talking about real life stuff etc. Oh btw what is a harem

In all my time of despising Brawl, this could actually be my way back.
In my opinion the servers should not be all 1.8, due to faction players want to be using 1.7, and 1.8 is obviously the choice you don't want to go with when it comes to running a faction server.
Overall, this can actually be the update where Brawl gets taken seriously over Shotbow and various others.
This community is completely different as I've seen it grow.
To attract other players support 1.7, and 1.8 or the repercussions for losing good legitimate players that do not appreciate 1.8 will overall be bad.
You guys are heading in the right direction, and I look forward to seeing this update very much.

Almost a giant **** you to all the veteran war and warz players. I don't want to judge to quickly, but this is my interpretation. I'm glad your bringing all these new game modes. But your basically killing off the roots of your servers. Not impressed with that.

 

I read the CoD one and about 0.01 seconds in I'm flipping out cus I'm so f*ckin excited. FINALLY a proper CoD in MC server. Gawd I've waited years for a decent one.

 

What about creative? What about all the other cool games that brawl already has? Lets face it: even with the new games some/most ppl wont be able to even play ex. Pixelmon without risking the chance on getting mods. Me personally, I'd like to see some improvement in the current game types, but not erasing them entirely, and adding a game or two to replace gametypes that are no longer running ex. Gmod.

Just a rant, I honestly do not know how you're going to implement SAO into brawl in summer, And how I got the release date "summer" was because so many people were saying all the updates were going to be in summer, I just don't see it happening in summer, maybe by Christmas but thats pushing it.
