    This is an idea.
    This could only work thought if they make it so only certain perks can be uses together.
    EX: Martyrdom works with Stoppingpower, but Speed does not work with Scavenger.
    As to limit the OPness.

    Has been discussed before, and it has been turned down. If another Mod wants to lock, they can.
