Remove all those kits

    I think all kits have someone out there who likes them and uses them in some way, possibly with someone to create a powerful team combo. Removing kits and compensating will be a big hassle for Brawl, it'd work out much better just to keep the kit concepts and rework them to be more powerful and/or useful.

    It was partly imbalance between kits. Some kits were inherently weak, and most of the kits MCPVP was adding were on the stronger end. MCPVP also never did a whole lot to buff weak kits or nerf the powerful ones. Eventually it got to the point where people were leaving because of OP kits.
    Another part was that they were just adding too many kits to the point where some kits were practically the same as other older kits. Take the Blink kit. It was basically flash but shorter range and less cooldown. There were also some kits that just don't have a place in this type of gamemode like Achilles. There is no place whatsoever for that kit in HG.
    But yeah. I haven't played as much HG in the last year for these types of reasons.

    Edit: I can't forget that teaming was also a thing a lot of players had problems with, and a lot of kits were based around that or based around fighting that. That also lead to some poorly designed kits and players leaving.

    Your basically telling Brawl "Remove these kits so you dont have a chance to get money off of them!" As long as the kits are fun and not game breaking they should stay.

    Thats the thing. A lot of kits are not fun for people to have to fight/play, and some are gamebreakingly powerful or their abilities just have no place in a gamemode like HG. There are quite a few kits like this that need to be removed or reworked.

    Lots of kits = noobs getting confused
    and some kits are almost the same as some other ones and are practically useless

    We shouldn't have to cater to people that don't want to put in the 10 min to read the list of kits. If people don't care enough to read the kit list then they can't complain when they are confused.

    I personally used all of these kits. Assassin is one of my favourite kits, gambler is fun because of the risks, hades is another kit I really enjoy, and wisp is the ultimate troll kit. I disagree with removing most of these kits, or any kits.

    I also agree with Lujiu; how will Brawl make money from the servers without kits?

    Removing kits from HG will make it like Brawl's survival games. No, nobody from McPVP wants that, I can say that for sure. HG is unique, with its "OP and UP" kits, with its "useless" kits. Everybody has their favorite kit. And Someomes ill a ways be upset with removing them.

    McPVP did make an effort to remove kits, and reduce the number of kits over time.
    Maybe we can find a way to remove some, but I'll be very content with keeping them.

    My 2 cents have just been spent.

    Sorry but thats a horrible idea. Kits must be balanced, so that yo are paying for your moneys worth and so that all kits are viable and have a chance against one another. Not "****" kits and "good" kits.

    uhhh hello Mcpvp hg was so successful because of non stop surprises of new kit. The reason why it died is because they made OP kits such as Grappler and Kangaroo. Once Nerfed all the Veterans/OP noobs quit which made them rebuff those kits making them too op again. And what happen? Majority of the games were Kangaroo Endermage Grappler Ninja Etcs.

    Kaya? Demoman? Frosty? You get like one every 3-4 games. Buff weak kits, Nerf Strong kits. Forget the old Veterans who want an kit thats good for everything. Let the new people become the New Veterans because no matter what. its the New players that will keep the game going not the old one.

    I like the idea to make them all the same power.

    However, I think each kit when they're changed, I want the creator to think, "That's a little overpowered", but make EVERY kit like that so that everything has a SUPER strong specialty and makes the game more risky/fun.

    Speaking of nerfing strong kits, Kangaroo needs a BIG nerf. It is the strongest kit because of how op it is.

    Theres no way you can make a kit that 1 shot all mobs OP. It gives you advantages in fact if you want mob allies just go monster.

    And Yes Kangaroo been OP for the past 3 months and the best nerf toward it was one No Forward jump unless you hit a player, Second No Damage cap from falling meaning they die to fall damage.

    Sorry but I really don't know how that has anything to do with what I said or if you even agree with me, but taking the one shotting mobs thing, I assume you mean Necro that 1 hits skeletons. Rework that, change it to have more features, changing a kit doesnt just mean change the values of damage and such in it, change how it works too. Maybe add that skeletons don't attack you, and they drop more valuable things like food or iron.

    but that doesnt make it border line op. Think about it. Since I am from mcpvp I'll point out all the wrongs in a kit.

    Prime Example:

    Kit Kangaroo

    High mobility,
    Es-capability
    Chasability
    refillability
    antifallability
    antitrapbilirty

    blah blah blah blah.

    If you think I even tried being 100% serious you are wrong. If anything I pointed all the pros of the kit yet whats the con? 2 hearts dmg from fall damage when only if fallen from a height that wouldve death 2 hearts damage anyways.
