As I see it, the way you answered these questions, and how you act shows that you're not ready for this rank yet. As stated above, it seems like you want to become a mod because you think it's cool, and not because you want to do the actual job.

Also, how you keep applying without waiting and improving yourself kinda annoys me. Why don't you just listen to what the mods/smods says to you? That should be the very first thing you should do.
