    Perhaps we have some training needs and to clarify what Mods should and should not ban for.

    Seems easy enough.

    The easiest way to prevent false bans is to hire staff that understand hacks. Ask some detailed questions on the moderator form regarding hacks and how they work. That way you filter out the hack-ignorant people. Sorry if this sounds mean. But it's true. Mods without any experience dealing with hacks should not be given mod. End of story. If they want to help that badly give them a helper rank or something. The amount of people that have hackusated on me is kinda ridiculous.

    I think you should have to pass a test to have the ability to ban. The test would have short clips of people fighting and you had to determine whether or not it was hacks. It was like this recently on MCPVP.
