Let me say Nigerian (This is racist)

The thing is thought, that with the chat filter plugins, there is no way to make a word uncensored if it has a word in it that is censored. It's an unfortunate drawback, but it's what gets the job done.

Also just gonna say this again, race has nothing to do with countries. You can't call it racist unless it involves race, which this does not, it involves nationality.

 

The words don't need to be spelled the exact way they are supposed to for someone to understand what is written there. I mean, almost every post has one or another spelling mistake, but we still understand what the post says. It's the same situation here. If someone goes on the server and writes you a message saying: "Go kill yourself fuzzing Niger", you understand very well that they didn't mean the country Niger, but the offensive and extremely racist that you all know of and that I can't write here. Long story short: a message is just as offensive if you know what they meant eventhough it isn't spelled correctly.

 

Well then you should send a list of all the bypasses you've found to putty so he can censor them. Just because there are other bypasses, doesn't mean that we should uncensore the ones we have already found.

 

Niger can be used as a bypass. As I explained above, if someone says: "Go fuzz yourself niger", it is a bypass. It all depends on how you use the word, and unfourtunately, 99% of the people that use the word are massive window L icking morons that use it in an extremely racist way.

Yes, you might be calling them a person from Niger technically, but they know what they meant, and you know what they meant, thus resulting in it being just as offensive as if they were to straight up call you a Ni**a.

Look man honestly it's not the same word as nigg and people who try to call someone that by using Niger is just plain idiotic. Secondly something is only offensive if the person takes it as offensive. I myself am an African American that lives in a predominately white area and I'm called ****** every so often. And guess what I don't even think twice about it because a reaction is what they want. Thirdly I don't use it myself because it's distasteful but there are black people out there who use that word when referring to themselves so really it's no big deal

 

And that brings up another point. Isn't it racist that one race can use a certain word and not have any consequences while any other race who uses is deemed racist? Correct me if I'm wrong but I never heard of a specific word belonging to a race. And if there is a deragotory connotation of the word and a neutral connotation why can't other races use it in the neutral term? After all for blacks they use it as a word for "buddy" "pal" as in "what's up my *****"

Living in a neighborhood where I hear this a lot, I agree, that is something that is not okay, but people don't listen.

I understand where you are coming from. That said not everyone uses the words you mentioned appropriately and thus the censor. There have been many issues with words being used to offend people.
