Simple bug fixes.

These are simple bug fixes that break gameplay.

- Flag. When trying to get the new flag, the defense can now knock you any direction, away from the flag. This gets very annoying when they have more than a few(3) defenders. Make it so the player can't be knocked back around the flag or put it back on a fence.

- Flag Drop-Pickup. When a player drops the flag, there seems to be no pickup timer, or it is very quick... Add a pickup wait time.

- Flag Recovery. When the flag holder dies, the flag needs to drop as an item before it hits the ground. This is a problem because when a flag holder dies another player can pick it up before it is recovered. This is shown a lot when the flag holder is camping with medics or Other players. Add back how you can recover if it is an item, before it hits the ground.

- Engineer Tele. Since the 1-way teles, there is a bug where 8/10 times players will get glitched into the pressure plate. The plate counts as 1/16 of a block, and when players are tped through, they glitch into it. This can be fixed if the player is tped 1 block above the wool where players fall onto the plate.

- Scoreboard. Because the new board is squashed onto the right, it is had to see who has what flag. At least make their name stand out on the other team.
