Tbh you guys keep defending your system etc. and keep saying how amazing it is and how builds trust etc. but as we speak there are 2 hackers on CTF and Hana is on and can't do anything, people are reporting and nothing is happening.

Like you can talk all you want but we all know how it's really not working at all (the proof is on the servers)

Edit: Still no one has said anything about how staff never finish reports?

I do kind of agree with you. The system could be more effective, but isn't totally a bad thing. Because of how the system is structured, there've been virtually no cases of staff abuse.

Ok so there's this huge problem of hackers being on the server for even 1-2 hours before an SMod gets on.
In those hours, tons of JMods come on (which is great, they normally come within 10 minutes).
So why are the hackers on for 1-2 hours if there are like 3 JMods coming?
Because (for whatever reason, no lie it's kinda extremely super duper silly), JMods can only kick, can't tp, and need screenshots/video before punishing.

What's the point of a staff rank if they can't do anything? Not to mention all of the CTF staff are JMods

Lets say JMods didn't need proof (which is how pretty much every other server works, you should trust your staff enough, and if it is a false ban, then they can just appeal) they still can't tp, and I'm pretty sure they can't ban (idk the details on their perms but that's what I've gathered, punishment wise)

Solution;

Either get rid of JMod completely and just make them Mods,
or
Have a system where JMods can be invis, tp, fly, and temp ban for 1 day, and don't need proof (their eyes should be enough+their knowledge of server mechanics to double check it's not a game feature (which is how most servers do their staff system...))

How it works, and how it's a gigantic improvement from where we are rn;

1) JMod sees there's a report of a fly hacker
2) JMod goes to the server, goes invis, and tp's and flies around the hacker for a min of ~40 seconds just to double check everything and 100% sure they're hacking
3) JMod temp bans them
4) JMod then goes to the Staff forums (I'm assuming there's a hidden "Staff only forums"? if not then there's probably a Skype group or something), and then tells a SMod the hacker's name, and the reason for banning, and then the SMod bans them.
5) Profit/an actually functioning staff system

I'm not mad at the Staff at all, they're doing their best, and that's great. But they can obviously only do so much and it's obviously not working (like literally at all)

Edit; Also another big problem I've seen is staff don't finish the reports (the /reports in game) so it's kidna like did they check it out or naw, that'd be great if you guys just did /report finish # we banned him/he's not doing anything wrong, you're drunk

There would be some people who abuse their permissions so you need to get "leveled up" to a higher ranked moderator, so more people trust you when you were mod and aply for s-mod or something.

This may sound stupid.....just report them with screenshots.

I am not a fan of giving JMod's the ability to ban people because that would open even more room for abuse.

Mod's believe it or not can abuse their powers, even the Sr one's who have their own agenda of likes and dislikes. If we gave the JMod's this power up front there could be more room for abuse.

Here's how I see it.
All mods can only act within the stated rules. They shouldn't be able to do what they want unchecked.

SMOD's are not all trustworthy and they should also be monitored as well.

The real aspect that needs to happen is that there needs to be a formal process for banning with a requirement for evidence and a formal review process to make sure that bans are legitimate. And it needs oversight by people who are not Mod's and who can look at things objectively.
