Idea Medic Healing change- Combat Detection

    A simple change for medic-

    Medics now must block and hold block for 8 seconds without being hit and without the target being hit to fully heal someone. This is indicated by the EXP bar, which will level up to 8 during this.
    "Keep blocking to regenerate their items!"
    Medics cannot heal someone that has taken damage in the last 10 seconds
    "You cannot heal (NAME) for XX seconds!"
    What does this do?

    This makes capturing a little harder due to the item heal nerf and the combat timer. However, it also gives recovery teams a much greater chance at recovery. This, combined with a pyro nerf, could essentially remove all standoffs from the game.

    I don't see why this is needed, medic suffers a lot with the loss of its helmet when capping and healing is hardly an issue with the 15 second timer. This just makes the class extremely underpowered.

    Well, it takes more than 15 seconds for a recoverer to get from one side of the map to the other.

    Because only 1 person tries to recover at a time, right? Most of the time many people attempt to recover, with the games being as full as they are its not that hard to assume somebody is going to attack whilst they're on cooldown. I see no reason for this nerf.
