    I was getting quite pissed at some soldiers and a few other things on ctf while i was defending and i was hoping for these...
    1. Please do not let the soldier climb walls while they are carrying the flag because then most people cannot get the soldier.
    2. can the medic get something ranged that can heal friendly players (but deals no damage to enemys)? i mean like the medics medigun in tf2. it heals at a much slower rate than the sword and it does not fully heal the friendly player unless the medic is still focused on him (like if a player is at 8 hearts and then the medic stops healing them, they remain at 8 hearts unless the medic comes back and or they eat steak) the plus side is that the medic can constantly heal them without worrying about a cooldown (like the sword) the item would have a range of 5-10 blocks and cant heal thru walls. it could be something like a fishing rod.

    Here's my 2 cent's :grinning:

    1. I agree that soldier has some problems, but removing the wall climbing doesn't seem to be the best way to balance it. If we were to fix soldier we can't just change a feature. An entire kit rebalance would be needed.

    2. I feel that medic is balanced and right now there isn't a huge need for this. If a player wants/needs to be healed that player will have to come to the medic.

    The whole point of solider is for them to climb walls. Also, why are they so many people wanting changes with the classes. Can we just play like we did in Mcpvp and not complain. I'm not happy that these people want these changes just to benefit themselves. Soldiers can be easily defeated by assassins, ninjas, and pyros. STOP complaining. There is no reason of this thread to be made. >:L

    If you can't keep up with a soldier, then become a soldier.

    Anyways, a solution to fix the soldier wall climbing ability, is to add the chemist xp system.
    So everytime you wall climb then the xp goes down. If it gets to zero then you can't wall climb and you must wait for the xp to go up before you can wall climb again.

    Guys, there's no reason why we should change soldier in the first place. starbo1034's only excuse is that soldiers are too hard to get, which they aren't. Can't we just play the normal CTF like we did in Mcpvp without wanting these rubbish changes.

    As people have said, Soldier needs some sort of limitation to stunt its mobility, but this recommended nerf is just too much.

    I did say that he cant climb walls ONLY WHILE HE IS CARRYING THE FLAG. But i will tone it down a bit so that the soldier gets 3-4 wall climbs while carrying the flag. Also there is pretty much only one non-donor kit that can kill a soldier (besides soldier kit) and that is archer but you would need some EXTREME skills to hit a jumping soldier

    Please call them classes, not kits (some people get annoyed at use of "kits")

    I think most people agree that soldier is currently broken. Once out of flag room, there are very limited means of killing a wall-hugging soldier, and usually recovery is required by more than one member (team effort involving both free and premium classes, doesnt make CTF pay2win)

    Soldier would be pointless without the ability to climb. In fact, it would be even more pointless if we could't climb with the flag. I hate to say this but why are so many people wanting changes to benefit themselves so they can become OP at defense an recovering, like starbo1034 is trying to do. No one likes the soldier idea anyways so it shouldn't be changed.

    Soldier needs a change, my god. I agree that this isn't effective, but soldier needs a rework. It can practically fly. So can elf, but elf has a cool down. What's soldiers cool down?
