    Poll is closed. I have removed everything I've said as I've realized even though this map is terrible there's no possible way a public vote would even have a map removed. I have realized how useless this thread is and I apologize to the people who actually legitimately hate this map.

    I felt biased writing that, so I got rid of it, and the map is not going to retire soon, it's got a long way to go, just like Opposites Collide and Discovery

    I'm Ok with the gameplay but I agree about the Aesthetics. Mixing modern look quartz buildings and forest and cabins + coal sprinkled in just looks ugly. I would enjoy a visual update on it

    you complain about the flag room but once you're out it is very difficult to recover cuz spawn is behind the flag so it works both ways.

    you mention camping dwarves/pyros/etc in the flag room but from personal experience it isnt difficult to clear the flag room nor is it difficult to knock people off the flag platform thing. plus the map is really small so its easy to come back and keep trying.

    you said the map is open but it really isnt... the trees and underground provide easy cover and most archers struggle to play effectively. iirc @b0squet , the guy with the most archer kills, normally plays heavy on this map

    you talk about aesthetics too. i agree with you that the map doesnt look good but i think the Kodo build team are going to reskin all the ugly maps. we are currently working on river crossing, dragon valley, standoff and blackout. this map will be reskinned later i would guess.

    Its not the best map in the world, but I don't think it should be removed. Maybe a few updates/changes to improve the looks, and possibly a few gameplay changes. Also, I couldn't disagree more with your last point. I find this map the easiest to cap on as Soldier - its flagroom is easy to escape and there's water in it.

    I thought you were joking honestly. It's not open at all and most of the best archers don't play archer on it (although you see many noob archers). It would be a very easy reskin to do and was actually planning to after I finished all my (kind of current maps).
