Idea Flag timer tweak

    As it is now, when the flag is dropped manually (by hitting the drop button) or dropped when a flag carrier dies it is an instant pickup for anyone on that players team. I would suggest that it remains an instant pickup if dropped through use of the drop key, but has an added delay (something small like half a second) if the player holding the flag dies. This would be a nice buff to recovery, as currently all a player has to do is stand near a teammate when close to dying, and there's a good chance his teammate will just pick up the flag before the recoverer has a chance to get on top of it.

    I like this idea. I know a lot of people in the past have wanted a pass feature, but this would be much better.
