    I think Build should have a rank system, but all of them should have World Edit and be able to delete or /plotme reset if they want to restart their map.
    In creative the ranks is a proof for how active you are, the builders is active but as active as the WE PROs' or the we1s. I think you should be able to have more plots if you climb higher on the rank list.
