    This idea I had for a long time, so I hope you enjoy reading this and I also hope you are interested in it! :3

    Game Modes: (not gamemodes)
    CTF has had some fights with instakill and non-instakill, but it will probably never end. I have an idea to sort these things out.

    #1: Classic:
    Classic is just the basic way of ctf, which includes:

    • Instakills
    • Infinite Lives
    • Switching Teams
    • Everything is the same
    Nothing special, but the other 2 modes changes the gameplay a little/a lot.

    #2: Fair:
    Fair mode has:

    • No Instakills
    • Infinite Lives
    • Cannot switch teams during rounds (optional)((IDC))
    • No Spamming
    No Instakills might be fun....

    #3: Hardcore:
    Hardcore Mode changes the game a lot and it is best for challengers. It includes:

    • Instakills
    • Limited Lives
    • Can only switch teams in spawn
    • No indication of where the flag is
    • Flag posioning damage increases as time goes on
    • Cannot go back into spawn once left
    • Can only switch classes in spawn room
    • Xp is doubled (if xp is still going)
    This is insane.

    In my opinion it is very interesting
    the only question is. how do u want to make these modes in a server
    you would need more servers so that a player can choose between these modes
    and i think that will take a lot of time to code that

    These seem like good ideas... but honestly not worth it to add in the game... sure these can be special events, but I don't really think people would enjoy playing these. Classic just seems better overall...

    You've posted the same idea on mcpvp forums. I kind of had the same idea it for practice servers. So like for team practising could be on p.mcctf.com there could be gamemods where you practice defence, offence ect.

    Like Waffleman said, I doubt these would work. Having multiple servers for different types of CTF is confusing and pointless for Brawl to uphold. It would split the community and make smaller games, as well as making CTF harder to update or change. I really doubt this would be a thing, as it would not gain any more income and would just satisfy the section of the community arguing over instakills. I think these would be nice as event styles, but as separate CTF gamemodes? Not really.

    I totally forgot I posted it. I have been trying to try to make a practicing course but, I need help.

    Well, they have SG and then there's HG. Why can't there be a HCTF at least?
