Remove spawn camping ledge

    There is no reason that a ledge should be near a spawn point in a game. It removes most options of recovering outside of the entire team engaging the flag holder. Just take out the ledge and the stairs and that should be a good start in re-making the map. It's on the forest of rivals remake on Wave X.

    Yeah, its way too easy for flag holders to camp up there.
