Bring Minestrike back!

Minestrike would require recoding if it was to be readded. It's just too buggy.
Also, problems with donations and such may be present, too. In addition, with the numerous new players, what will happen to Minestrike? It may just turn into a pay-to-win server...

 

MC-war already turned into a play-to-win server in a different way

 

...I won't really take the "donation" reason right now because we still have two servers that take no donations to run, and one of them has been up for three months.
Nobody really tried it, but it was REALLY fun, and if you got some friends it would be like the real CounterStrike.
The only problem with it was it didn't have the greatest depth or replayability, which was inherent from the source material.

 

What was minestrike exactly?

 

Counterstrike in Minecraft.

 

Oh. That seems interesting. I would love to see that implemented.
Maybe even a Rust in Minecraft if possible as well?

Oh i know what counter strike is. I play it as a matter of fact. Just didn't know what the Minestrike was.

 

A few questions and thoughts on this:
1. Did counterstrike have guns? It'd be better without them so it would differ from all the other gamemodes because it's PvP in a game base custom map. We don't have any PvP game-based gamemodes on McBrawl at the moment. Due to reasons that I am not aware of but that the staff know (usually I get something out of the staff if I ask) I am sure that Minestrike will not rise again to it's potiental. If there wasn't as many problems, it'd be an easy yes.









If only I can get that outdated Minestrike Ip out of Peas...

 

Yes, it had guns. You couldn't sprint, and holding a sword made you move faster

Multiplayer servers used to have mine strike and I want it back.

I liked Minestrike, it was more hardcore than War, but it wasn't as tough as WarZ. Honestly, the one life only thing with balanced guns appeals to me. It was something that could never happen in War, because of the overpowered weapons.
