    Uhh heavy should not have slowness under any circumstance.

    I think headshots, as annoying as they may be, are an important part of the game and giving heavy a way to resist them could really unbalance the game.

    I've always liked the idea of Heavy being able to block some instakills, but not like this. It'd be too easy to do so, as you can see archer arrows coming from a mile away 99% of the time.

    I agree. Heavy is one of the tankiest classes in ctf along with chemist, so headshot needs to be one of their weaknesses to take them down easier.
