Hello!

After owning a Minecraft server, I'd advise you to be completely honest when applying.
Honesty is key, because they don't want someone they can't trust working for them.
I once hired a person who claimed they were 15, and once we started his Skype interview, he sounded no more than 5{putty}

Also, be extremely detailed!
They want to know all your statistics so they know you're the perfect person for the job!

Don't say things like;
"I'll be very helpful on the server"
or
"If you choose me, I'll be a great mod!"
or
"PLEASE CHOOSE ME! I'M DESPERATE"
Take time in your staff applications.
Think of it as applying for a job.
It just sounds unprofessional.

Welcome to the forums, hope you have an Evil-licious time!

1. Spend 3 months on the forums before even thinking about applying.
2. Learn the rules of applying
3. Study the applications of those before you (the ones that were accepted and those who never made it).
4. Post about 150-200 posts and be on team speak, play at least 5-7 hours a week and be active/helpful in chat.
5. Look for a mod mentor, or someone that you can ask questions too. This will help a lot.

From what I know, you must be active on the following:
- Ingame
- Teamspeak
- Forums

Also when you apply, I suggest you enter as much detail as possible, and be completely honest.
