    Alrighty. So, before any rework, I like to consider purpose.
    What is the purpose of dwarf?
    To weaken flag stealers so that they can be more easily recovered off of and to hold down a flag.
    Okay, so with that in mind, the rework:

    Armor:
    No change.
    Inventory:
    Slot 1: Diamond sword (Sharpness 5, Knockback 1, Fire Aspect I) (Equivalent of level 5 dwarf)
    Slot 2: 3 Steak
    Slot 3: Dwarven Shield (Minecart w furnace)
    Passives:
    Slowness I
    Can sprint
    Takes 2x projectile damage w/o shield
    Actives:
    Dwarven Rush:
    "Dwarves are very lethal over short distances!" -Gimli
    The EXP bar of the dwarf charges up naturally, coming to a full change every 10 seconds. When full, if the dwarf sprints, they are given speed 4 (in addition to the slowness 1) for 5 seconds. The exp bar will drain for these 5 seconds and then re-charge for the next 10.
    Dwarven Shield:
    When held, grants the dwarf resistance 2, fire immunity (however, if the dwarf is already on fire they'll remain that way) and potion immunity (any previously administered effects will remain, however). Dwarf will also take 1/2 of the usual projectile damage.
    If held for more than 5 seconds, the shield will crack (become a normal minecart) and will have to repair for 5 seconds before it can be used again.
    Does not grant assassin invulnerability.

    Goals of this rework:
    -Make dwarf more mobile, but still vey defense based
    -Make dwarf lethal to low armor classes
    -Have dwarf be hard countered by mage, archer, pyro, and assassin

    I think after you use dwarven rush you should have slowness 2 to "take a rest". Also I think that you should manually be able to toggle dwarven rush(maybe by dropping your weapon) to allow you to use it only when you want to.

    I think the fact it starts with sharpness 5 alone is way op. When a dwarf respawns it's ready to defend again in no time. It's already far more powerful than heavy at this point, so why not give it speed 4 that is active at the same rate as medic's natural regeneration. Still not sold? Let's also give it a shield every 5 seconds so they can be practically invincible to ninjas why not?

    The sharpness 5 was meant to imitate a low level dwarf. It can be tweaked if needed.

    The hard counters certainly change a couple things about Dwarf gameplay, but I think it's far less enraging since this Dwarf doesn't need to spend an entire match charging up.
