    Honestly, Tac wasn't promoted because I didn't like how he handled himself on the forums. I warned him a couple times via Skype PM in a informal manner (how I talk to whom I consider friends), which he later appeared to take the wrong way and posted his "im no goog with titles" thread (stating his resignation).

    I was convinced that Tac only resigned (for what he wanted to be 5 days) just to gain some attention out of it.
    Keeping this formal, that's all I am going to say.

    Again. Tac was the most active fourms member. He didnt try to butter up Chap or Putty for mod. I mean, look at dwarfs war app.

    Tac was suggesting a promotion system for current staff members to get a higher rank.
    I feel that you are missing out of both sides of argument(s).

    The promotion for the moderators should be based on their posts, their time on the forums, trying to meet new people on TS3, the time they spend in-game on the servers and if they have been helpful

    Well I must say, this actually made me realize how tough it was for you. I was on skype with you a week ago asking about my first few weeks as a moderator. You were busy with HW and I thought it was kinda rude you blew me off. Now that you explain yourself here, I give you credit for being a student, administrator over one of minecrafts best servers, be on skype, read countless threads, check emails, do things with the family, and having a social life.

    My resignation honestly was a resignation.

    It's not easy finding knowledgeable coders. They have to learn how Minecraft works and they have to learn the Minecraft & Bukkit API.
    eol123 and Darkchaos are sadly far off from what we need.

    Where does it show that I have gone inactive? Maybe I don't reply to as many forum threads, but behind the scene tasks such as hacker reports, ban appeals, in-game complications, dealing with everyone's Pm's, some other server projects, have not been avoided on my part. Sorry if I'm not as public as I use to be. A lot has been added to my "duties."

    Not only that, but you are always on the TS. You are always online, helping players, answering their questions, and still doing your other duties as an Administrator, and we all thank you for that.
    It's sad because this is 100% accurate. We really need more active forum members, who actually post helpful, non spam posts. Not everyone can be Moderator, and that's just facts. Hopefully we gain some more active forum members later in the future.

    I never talked to chaploo or chickenputty before I got promoted, so this is no problem.

    But im not sure about dwarfiest.... He can be really mean with kicks like you can see in his week of war video and he nearly never give warnings, he just kicks them
    Thats not the right way.
