A while ago I made a thread about non-prestige guns and equipment so now it's time for a guide about the prestige guns!

    Assault Rifles

#1 - Lamentation: The Lamentation is a forgotten gun. People think it's cool but as soon as they buy it and use it they think it's trash. In many people's eyes its a "grlorified SMG" due to it's 600 rpm fire rate and low damage. You do need scav (or be really good at ammo conservation) to make this gun effective in the long term but it isn't as bad as everyone says it is.

#2 - Skull Crusher: The boss of the assault rifles. This gun can shred through an enemy team with ease. It is a burst assault rifles, similar to the M16 and Famas, but does 36 damage per bullet! This means that in a single burst of the Skull Crusher it can kill a player from anywhere on the body. It is basically the L120 Isolator of assault rifles.

    Sniper Rifles

#1 - L120 Isolator: The big daddy of sniper rifles in Mc-War. It is the most iconic weapon (next to the Skull Crusher) and one of the most overused weapons as well. With one bullet dealing 107 damage this gun can OSK (on shot kill) anywhere on the body. With it being unlocked at level 36 it is fairly early but can give new 30+ players a chance to get a decent kdr and get a first nuke. Its only real flaw is its 4 round clip and 5 second reload speed. This can be fixed somewhat with the Sleight of Hand perk ($3 on the store)

#2 - The Dissasembler: The Iso is good, but for my money I'll take the Disassembler. Why? Well, let's look at its stats first. It has a fire rate of 100 RPM the slowest for any non-bolt action Sniper Rifle but it does 86 damage to the body (its a one shot kill to the head) and has a 30 round clip. The 30 round clip is the biggest selling point. It takes a long time before you need to reload this thing (unless you suck at aiming like me :stuck_out_tongue:) and even if you don't hit the head a second shot will kill a player.

    Shotguns

#1 - Spas 24: My favorite shotgun (and 2nd favorite gun overall). This shotgun is a beast and IMO better then the Model 1887. It deals 224 damage if all pellets hit which isn't as good as the Model's damage (273) but with a 67 RPM instead of a 48 RPM the Spas-24 is faster and is much more effective in close-quarter combat. The place where the Spas-24 really shines is in Infect. The Model fires too slow to be effective in Infect when many zombies are chasing you. The Spas-24 can hold many zombies long enough for you to get to a safer position.

#2 - Typhoid: This shotgun had much potential but ultimately fell flat. The shotgun does do 126 damage which is a one shot kill at point-blank range but other then that its stats are mediocre. It's a burst shotgun, which is gimmicky at best and its usefulness is situational in most gamemodes. It is pretty good in free for all and decent for Infect but in other gamemodes this gun isn't the best choice.

    Pistols

#1 - The Executioner: This pistol is just amazing. It is a shotgun pistol so it's not good unless engaged in close quarter combat but that is where it is best. This pistol deals 70 damage at point blank which may be less damage then even the M1014 but its fire rate makes up for it. In infect and other small maps this pistol is one of the best secondaries.

#2 - Python: The best pistol. With 50 damage per bullet and a 200 RPM fire rate this gun will 2 shot to the body quickly or 1 hit headshot. This gun is insanely useful in both long range and short range maps and is awesome for almost all gamemodes. Not only that but it looks cool as well and looks like Rick Grime's pistol from the Walking Dead. (Fun Fact: Rick Grime's pistol is actually a Colt Revolver)

    SMG's

NOTE: I have not unlocked these guns yet. However, I have used these in gungame and have had sufficient experience with these guns in that gamemode. Here, I will just list the relevant stats.

    P90

    Damage (per bullet): 18
    Fire Rate: 600 RPM
    Fire Mode: Fully Automatic
    Reload Time: 3.5 seconds
Magazine Size: 40+24 (64 ammo in all)
    Range: 76 meters
    Accuracy (un-aimed): 2.0
    Accuracy (aimed in): 0.7

    PP-90M1

    Damage (per bullet): 14
    Fire Rate: 600 RPM
    Fire Mode: Fully Automatic
    Reload Time: 4 seconds
Magazine Size: 50+14 (64 ammo in all)
    Range: 70 meters
    Accuracy (un-aimed): 2.8
    Accuracy (aimed in): 1.0

*The stats of the SMG's and all other guns are listed on the MC-War Wiki.

I hope you learned something useful from this guide and feel free to post corrections below if I got the stats of a gun wrong. Also feel free to post or PM me ideas/suggestions for a future guide.

i 100% agree on the lamentation. if only it had just one more mag and maybe a tiny bit more damage it could blow people away with ease. it's also fun as hell.
