    I don't know why the admins aren't using Spigot to wait until bukkit comes out...

    Yes, it would be very hard to make a custom Bukkit to hold plugins. But it is possible. Many servers have done it, I'm not 100% Sure, but I think Hypixel made his own Bukkit so he could update the servers earlier. I might be wrong.

    No one makes their own bukkit. They just download Spigot.

    Yes I know. But it is possible to code your own Bukkit is my point. I think this has gotten just a bit off topic.

    The reason that the server's have not updated (last time I checked ) was because they were waiting for the 1.7.2 Bukkit to come out. In reply to you saying "that the server is loosing members", I personally am not worrying, this will always happen when a new update comes out. People wan't to test out the new game modes, and once they have done that they will come back and resume where they left off.

    We are waiting for Bukkit to update rather then to redo a good portion of the code to be compatible for Spigot.
    We are having no issues with keeping the servers up and paid for.

    Mc-war has its on run system. They don't have CraftBukkit but run a similar build that the most likely built themselves. It is compatible with the plugins though. At least I think they do. I know some servers do to prevent hacks, I wouldn't be surprised if mc-war did also.
