Idea Some small Class fixes

Some small class tweaks:

Ninja

• When picking up a flag from a place other than its original point (if a teammate drops it), the same 2.5 second cooldown applies
• Cooldown (maybe around 1 second) for enderpearl after catching the flag ONLY from the flag's original position

Engineer

• Reduce damage of turret slightly
• Reduce range of turret to 5 blocks radius

Necro

• Enemies killed personally by the necro also count to the xp bar.
• Necro gets the ability Swarn: When a necro punches an opponent, all its mobs will charge if within the range
• Necro gets the ability Spidey Sense (tentative name): Plays a jingle that others can hear (italicised means tentative) when there is an Assassin or Ninja nearby

In general

• When being healed by a medic, cooldown is specific to a player, not the medic. i.e, a player cannot be healed twice in the cooldown by two different medics.
• A command for shouting ninja (maybe /s for Spy!, replacing /s for Sorry!)
