VIP glitch need help

    Earlier today I bought permanent VIP and played war z and it worked fine until I got kicked to the loby for the server reset. When I logged back on the VIP was gone. Does anyone know what caused it or how to fix it.

    As seen here you do have your rank.
    This is just a glitch that may occur randomly. It happens to everyone, even staff occasionally. Simply relog and it should be fixed. If it does not, then seek further help.
