    The thing with LAW is that you sometimes kill the person twice, sometimes you just need to kill 15ppl to get a Nuke(a doublekill that i count as 1kill).

    Why not just ray? I mean, it has a lot of ammo (if you use it right and have scav) and it is deadly accurate with an instant bullet speed.
