    Desc: A capture the flag map without making Pyro the cause of nightmares.
    A rework of the original map Ashes to Ashes. +More cover, larger flag rooms, bigger map, less linear.
    Walls are cut x1 into the map to prevent wall clipping.
    Spawns are x2 thick to prevent structure building in spawn areas.
    Restrictions to Engineer/Necro are placed in major areas. (Spawn, Castle, Center bridge to midfield, Tunnels, ect.)
    Coalore is placed entirely under the map.
    100% thick. No structure abuse can be done.
    All high elevations can be reached by Sponges and Platforms.

    I was proud of AtA (Ashes to Ashes) but I had issues with it that I couldn't fix due to the way the map was built. This V2 is the version I originally planned AtA to look like. I hope you enjoy it.

    Wow :open_mouth: Very nice map
    I just finished checking it out on Build and I can definitely say this map is awesome ^^
    The terraforming and the detailing is perfect and to be honest this is probably the most well done castle map I have ever seen.
    I love how you opened up the flagroom but I still feel like it's a bit cramped. There are only three entrances as well which might be a problem. I also want to comment on the large size of the map. You already have sponges which covers good distance but with all the obstacles and paths and castle tunnels I feel like it takes too long to move around. It might not look the best but I think a couple large speed beacons might help players get around faster. Also I feel like you can clear out a lot of barriers especially in the tunnels near spawn and in the flag castle. I think the two circular buildings in front of the castle take up a bit too much space, too. It'll ruin the symmetry but I think if you replace the one thats farther away from the lava with a fountain or something smaller it'll allow that area to breathe better. I also think you should lift the time a couple hundred ticks just to give the map a little more light because it's a bit too dark right now.

    Overall it's a great map but it could still use some work :smile:

    Updated.

    Revisited map and fixed unfound bugs.
    -Placed missing monstereggs in places that use them.
    -Filled parts of the ground to prevent structure exploiting.
    -Fixed broken torches due to worledit.
    -Fixed Red's beacon not giving a speed effect.

    ok this has nothing to do with the map but why is the fov in a lot of screenshots really high

    I took a look at the map on MinecraftBuild and I have to say, it looks really nice. There are a few things that may be of concern however.
    First off, the spawnroom is Ninja camp-able. Remove any place that is two blocks high or more that can be enderpearl-ed to. Secondly, I think the flagroom is headshot-able. I'd add some form of barrier in front of the entrance facing the middle of the map so that archers can't shoot straight in.
    Overall, I really like the map. It looks nice, it's cool, and has some creative landscaping. Good luck!

    I took your suggestions and tweaked the map to balance it out some more.
    -Increased the cover outside the front entrance to the flag room.
    -Added sponge in lava pool outside flag room.
    -Added slabs/stairs by the pools of water on the sponges.
    -Re-worked torches in spawn room.
    -Moved player credit in spawn room.
    -Re-designed flag room.
    -Added sponge in archer spot.
    -Other small tweaks.

    If the FOV is an issue to see the screenshots, I could re-post the images with a lower FOV.
    They're high because I usually play on quake pro FOV. If you want them changed you may have to wait awhile because I'm waiting for a splitter to come in so I can install my new graphics card.
