    First of all guns work with gunpowder and metal, not electronics. Second there really isn't anything to make the EMP have effect on something unless blindless or we add a thing which can stop someone's nuke which no one would like. Maybe in war 2.0 there will be a scorestreak with a helicopter in it and you set an EMP off and mess it up. Otherwise nothing is really electronic or we could add an effect after you die there would just be static instead of hearing "Get in and out... Clean".

    I know what an EMP is, I was giving ideas of how to apply it to what war currently is.
