No id is not level 20+. Unlike GSG id requires nukes and a good kdr to get into whereas GSG only requires level. Also quantity is not always better than quality.

 

There is no real way to proof nukes and for kdr you need to send a screenshot, so you need skype or something else.
Many players will always lie about their nukes, kdr, kills and even level.
But level is the only thing you can see ingame.

For this reasons the only GSG requirement is level 20+.

Quantity and quality are both important, but clans with less than 20 players will never be under the top ones. (beside special clans from staff)

 

I was in id and they are one of the nicest clans in MCWar, but really. GSG, HACK, and TRA are better.

 

This is the future, at the moment we cant use it.
