How did you discover mc-war?

I found war on a "top five best overall Minecraft minigame servers" video a long while back

This was when I thought being an MC Alpha tester made you a god of Minecraft so I had been going from server to server proclaiming dominance in everything (factions, towny, spleef, hardcore pvp, etc.)
Mc-war was my first humbling experience and therefore, I decided to dedicate the next four years of my time to this server.

I have always and probably never will cease being tryhard scum, so finding a server that could be taken seriously or not at all was refreshing to me

I found Mc-War in 2012 or something like that due to a good friend of my I always used to play Mc with.
After leaving and joining again I discovered "Brawl" itself, the community.
And now I'm here, and Icouldnt be happier any way.

 

I originally found War by SSundee playing it. I watched all his videos on war, then I decided to come give it ago myself. I have been here ever since.

A popular you tuber played mc party, so I did too, and from there, I found war.

 

I discovered war when a friend saw an add for it. He told me and we both joined. We were some of the very first players to ever log into war.

 

I was addicted to Call of Duty (Modern Warfare 3), and Minecraft at the same time. I wondered if there was a Call of Duty server for Minecraft, looked it up on Google, and found: multiplayerservers.com (Mine of Duty). I thought it looked cool, so I joined. I started out at a pretty okay kdr (like 2.0 at 30+ I think). And from there, I kept playing whenever I had the free time, met some pretty great people (MafiaFerret), and eventually became mod. Those were the good ol' days. I also managed to boosted my KDR up to the 4.93 it it today.

 

I started on Party and then accidentally did /hub one day and found everything else on Brawl. xD

 

I looked up "fun minecraft servers" then I found "mcbrawl.com"

I got on, then got addicted.

I lost my pvp skillz so im just like "nah bruh im out" and i got really bored and searched if there were youtube vids about mc cod and list of things came up and after watching a few im like "omg its so beautiful can i join it" and i pressed the "show more" button and it showed an ip and i joined and i lived happily ever after the end.

 

I don't remember where I originally found it, but it was around a year and a half ago when I lost the IP and the server name and I was distraught.

I found it last week when watching a YouTube video about a minecraft server named "Jectile," in which they referenced the server. It was the most amazing part of my entire life, because I had been looking for this server for like forever.
