warz needs more mods

No no, I do enjoy seeing you on ^-^; however, due to a bit of a time difference it makes it rather tough to see those whom are across the great seas. I, am on EST. So I tend to drift into the hours of just about everyone... unfortunately.

 

My message was more of a response to this one ole I'll try to be more active on servers for you guys, if you feel I am not doing enough. Apologies.

 

I got what it takes to be a mod...
But not.
I don't want 5 year olds bowing at my feet again.
I think there should be more mods though.

 

No, it's okay. It's probably because I live in CDT (Tennessee). I forgot to add you to the list, I've seen you on a few times.

 

Because when most people get mod it's for the mcwar servers I agree there needs to be more but just for warz

If you believe Warz needs more mods, why don't you try applying for staff on there!. (AS LONG AS YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS!!!)

I will be applying soon but right now is not the right time as I am thinking of stuff to put on the app already have suggestions written on my word documents!

 

Its not just applying. Its having a heart and will for the community and a passion for improvements. Thats the trick, not just more mods. Better ones.

 

Have you ever thought of getting 1 mod on every server so e.g. Greanpeas_ on server 1 for warz and MrWolfy on server 2 for mc warz. I think that is a better way to do it don't you think

 

Not really man, that means there has to be 10 mods. And that restricts their abilities to moderate everything

 

Quality > Quantity

If they wanted mods on every server it could be done easily as several mod applications are filled out on forums every day. Most of these applications however, are just god awful and having the person as a mod would only hurt the server. As it sits, we have quite a few good and effective mods and more are coming in every week.

 

Simple solution if they do not go on any of the MultiPlayer servers on this network for a set amount of time, de-mod them.

 

We already do that.

WarZ already has a great team of moderators! Adding more may push it just a bit. Chickenputty will decide when to add or remove them at his will.

 

Demote the guys which currently not joining the server that much and get a new mod

 

I honestly feel it should come to the descrition of the staff, but the voices of the community.

 

UPDATE: Considering WarZ has just gotten 3 new moderators (myself, ole20084, and Gamemaster800) I think we've got enough.. for now.
