Sheriff Protocol Edits

Why not? Thats how I do it, and I dont get a free .4 horse like sheriffs do. I use Runners or my Donor Speed. Which, BTW Serine, a bit surprised to see you complaining when you own the Speed horse too. Since you don't even have to stay in processing range while doing it, you can just ride the wall there.

Like it was said above, any horse with a decent jump gets you on the roof easily. I don't think adding a convoluted "Once, twice, chat warning-> KOS" rule for sheriffs is a good idea. If we really need this fix, make the range of the processor impossible to process on the roof.

 

If you're not processing, it's pretty easy to get up to the roof - just go up the tower and walk across the wall. However, the cost (ammo, hp, splint) and annoyance (fall damage, 2 sort of hard jumps) of getting up there) should be rewarded with extra protection to log out or run in the event of a sheriff/another player.

I partly agree with part 2 of your thread. I think that the weapon should just be confiscated if thrown, but the thrower shouldn't be arrested. I can see there being confusion if two players are near each other and one decides to throw their weapon, and the other guy gets the ticket.

 

Roke has already said that "the problem with the roof will be fixed in the next map update." As for dropping drugs, it's kinda funny how we can't ticket them. :v They were dropping drugs. :V

I dislike both of these ideas. Shooting a player for being stubburn is just being stubburn yourself. Seeing as it is really hard to make a lot of money anyway, making it harder isn't going to help. There will ALWAYS be ways to fight the system and always be loopholes. Just accept that you get free fear and a fun time and we get to sometimes go through loopholes. I don't see any issue with that.

P.S I do think the dropping the drugs are hilarious XD

Yeah, Easier to shoot people on sight, for a sheriff that already has so much OPness. This is a terrible solution to a problem which is simply solved by lowering the processing range on that ONE roof, rather than make a special KOS rule for it!!!

I don't know why you would call a horse, just hop up on the wall with the same horse you rode to the base on.

edit: I have nothing new to add to this conversation from here on, except an honest offer to teach Serine how to get on the roof.

 

Sheriff horses get killed a lot. Thats the reason why we dont use horses, but the coach gun recoil to get up there. Atleast I do...

Dude, the porch roof, then the actual roof. You should really think before you go all out. If 5 people are telling you something, you should let them show you as they are offering.

That's what it is turning into. You cannot tell me being a sheriff is hard. I was one, and compared to how it is now. It is easy as heck. Before the reset it was a challenge and it was fun. Now I have no idea how you have any fun.
