EULA and Survival PVP

Leveling by completing a series of increasingly difficult tasks is extremely interesting, that would be a ton of fun as well.

The other method of gaining warps by playing online will just cause people to afk constantly and get their warps with no effort, there would hardly be a point to restricting them.

 

I have seen systems on other servers where they detect and count weather a player is afk or not, bypassing most anti afk systems. If a system like this was in place, then this idea would be flawless imo.

 

This has been a known glitch in Survival PvP since it started over 2 years ago. This is how it works:

Member: 5 Warps
VIP: 10 Warps
MVP: 15 Warps
Elite: 25 Warps

When doing /warp list - it will claim you have 1 less than each of these values but you do actually have the amounts listed above. One other thing I should mention is that on buying for example, Elite for a month, you can make up to 25 warps in that time. Once your Elite runs out, you will keep all those 25 warps (deleting them would be a bit mean) however you cannot make new warps until you delete 21 so that you have 4 (assuming you went back to member after losing your rank).

I agree - An experience based system or game play etc would be a good way for players to get extra warps considering you can't buy ranks with perks anymore and we have to abide by the EULA. Also afk detector plugins are very simple to make - so this shouldn't be a problem for Ktar.

 

Personally I think its something to do with the 'Everyone gets Elite' thing - Its messed quite a few ranks up. It could also be the EULA changes and them having to change aspects of the servers to comply with the EULA in the fairest possible way for everyone.

 

I want extra warps for the non vip players, make them mine certain amount of diamonds or emeralds, you could also use certain achievements = a warp??? And ender dragon can be worth a warp if ya kill it, same with wither. Just an idea!

Also, I think having a global 2x xp perk for purchase would be cool to have. It could be like $5 or so for 1 hour. Other boosters would be cool as well. Not sure what tho. Could be potion affects, increased looting / fortune, etc. These however would veer away from the vanilla feel, but I am losing hope of that being maintained.
