1 year of MCPVP being RIP, 1 year on Brawl, nearly 2 years on MCPVP Forums

Yeah, I got another anniversary coming up, so yeah. (BTW, my CTF anniversary and my MCPVP anniversary are different dates, as I was in the HG community for 5 months before I discovered CTF)

Right, so, ummm, it's been a while since I've done one of these anniversary things... I think you start off with a story of how you came up to this point.

Well... Ummm... I was doing random stuff on Youtube (who knows what I was into at that time), and on the Recommended Videos thing it showed a video called like "MC-HG Kit Review - Switcher" or "MCPVP Top 5 Week 69" or something. All I know from that is that BBH made it. I was amused (I got easily amused back then) and I started watching more videos of these. One day, I managed to remember the IP and I logged onto the server. I had no idea that Build, CTF, Sabotage, or any other server existed (Smash and Maze were non-existent), so I just walked into HG. After a bit, I decided to get onto the community and I signed up for the MCPVP forums on the 13th June 2014 (late af, ik), also known as my MCPVP anniversary date (I completely forgot what day I got into CTF, and I only remembered that date because the site told me when I first signed up). After like 5 months of hanging around the HG Ideas section (what the hell was I thinking?!) I decided to look around spawn for a bit and found a huge-ass sign that said CTF above a portal to CTFland. Me, being me, gone in it and that is in the Top 20 best decisions of my life, maybe Top 10 (sorry, but the decision to sign up to the forums was more important, and the decision to remember the IP was an even more important decision, and the decision to watch that MCPVP Top 5 was one of the most important). So yeah, during that time I saw a few things happen, most notably R.I.P. Unholy Faith, Elf and R.I.P. Crowhart, Wizard, Jacob, etc., as well as MCPVP going RIP, ofc. As you know, I moved to Brawl, and I was familiar with Party because I had played it before, and the rest is History. Of course, I have also seen a whole load of stuff on Brawl: TU is calling about going rip, MJT nearly going rip, HAT going rip, TOL going rip, TP going rip... again, TBF going rip, more stuff going rip, a whole load of people going rip, Uni's whole conundrum, a bus-load of things going rip, the pyro nerf, a country-load of **** going rip, small teams like Bravo, TBT and TSF not going rip (surprisingly, they usually go rip by this point), etc. Did anyone just notice how I saw more things in 1 year of Brawl than I have in 6 months on MCPVP? Yeah, amazing.

@TheUnicorns for being good people (and inactive af)
@TUcouncil for disbanding the team and causing the butterfly effect that has ended me up where I am today.
@Xelasi for accepting me into MageStick.
@Jilin for somehow not being dead yet (and for giving me the most basic tour of MJT ever and appointing me as dish boy)
@Derpy_Jazz for making sure we got matches up until April.

Right, ummm, that's that. Now I'm gonna get back to my corner and carry on watching Game of Thrones so that i can regain my innocense.

 

Ha yeah, you're the first person I remember becoming pretty much friends with on MCPVP so you get first spot on the list xD

 

It might come back at some point.
