    can we please make it so that when a medic hits you your items automatically are given back, because medics forget to hit you a second time like 99% of the time and it's frustrating. Or at least make it so that people are displayed at 19 hearts if they don't have all their items

    I don't think single hit item regeneration should be re-added.

    I think this would be fine if the players aren't in combat, but medic is already OP enough in combat anyways for this to be added.
