    Sup Brawlers...

I posted a thread similar to this one in the normal MC-War section, and this is a work off that, but not directly. I hope this guide helps all you young players with your clans.

STEP ONE: First of all, you have to get a good name. No one is going to want to join a clan that is something like JTLS or 9384. It has to be creative, and it has to be attractive. I know there isn't a lot of cool names left to take, but people are still creating clans to this day that are pretty cool. Make sure this step is not disregarded

STEP TWO: Once you create the clan, you have to make some requirements. No one wants to join a clan with no requirements, unless they are below level 30+. So I suggest somewhere between 30+, or 1.0KDR, or something along those lines. Make it respectable. Not too high, not too low.

STEP THREE: Be kind. Be patient. Be cool. No one will want to join your clan if you calling hacks, or talking inappropriately. Be someone that people like. That honestly, is half of creating a good clan.

STEP FOUR: Get a good foundation of moderators. Your moderators have to follow your footsteps. They have to be patient, kind, and cool. Pick these wisely; don't mod everyone you invite. The main problem with most clans is when the owner mods every single player he/she invites. Don't do this. If you mod friendly, active, and loyal people, your clan will thrive. As a start, I'd suggest modding 3-5 people. After that, you can see how the clan is doing, and go from there.

STEP FIVE: Be aware of the chat. If someone wants to join your clan, you don't want to miss that chance.

STEP SIX: Friendliness is the biggest part of making a clan that thrives. If someone below your requirements asks to join your clan, don't say "No". Say "Sorry, you don't fit the requirements yet. Once you meet them, I'll send you an invite!" People will respect you if your friendly and helpful.

STEP SEVEN: Lastly, control your clan. Controlling a clan is a hard thing to do, but who said owning a clan is easy?! Keep a respectable amount of mods and invite people that fit the requirements.

    I hope this guide helps!

You suggest many good points, I would go along with.
Running a clan isn't an easy job and it takes a long time to do well. That's the only point I'd add: Be patient! Even if it takes month to hit even 100 members, if you are always around people will feel like your clan is unbreakable.
^ Best part and absolutely true. It is hard if you want to have success. I need around 30 minutes every day to check our staff chat and other things, which belong to this.

    I had one correction.....

STEP FOUR: Get some bad ass moderators. Your moderators have to follow your footsteps. They have to play a lot, be wicked, and "Evil".

Mod's who play a lot and are well known help to recruit well known players. The main problem with most clans is when the owner mods every single play he/she invites. Don't do this.

If you mod "Evil", active, and loyal people, your clan will thrive. As a start, I'd suggest modding 3-5 people. After that, you can see how the clan is doing, and go from there.
