    The website you used shows the time in EST, Google uses EST as a synonym for EDT.
    The event will take place at 7 PM UTC and now lets end this discussion. We had it before and we will continue to use EST as a synonym for EDT, but we will also include UTC.

    No one is macroing, the server was lagging due to the amount of players so the CPS/Macro detention receives the CPS later. So that's why everyone was getting between 10-12 cps.
