    I am on war from 4pm to about 9pm on and off, I am always on teamspeak so message me there if you need me if Im not ingame already.

    Also, some staff have to deal with situations on other servers, therefor cannot go to the hacker who was just reported.

    I personally think there's too strict requirements. For example, one of the things you need to do to become a staff member is become active on teamspeak - what if you don't like teamspeak (which a lot of people don't)? This is turning away a lot of people from applying. Also, more players should be promoted in the same way as @PoixMine did, since a lot of people would be good staff members but never realise this, so never apply.

    If the requirement with teamspeak could be removed (not saying as staff shouldn't be active at all at ts) i Think many would Apply it's just hard to be so active in all fields. Maybe do so the staff needs to have ts but no needed to be active everyday (try Their best). If it isn't enough sad Then. Many get stopped just because they aren't so active on ts but they are good candidates Hello is it worth to turn Then Down Then?
    I swear if a staff replies and say we need Them to be active in all fields what so ever...... How do u plan to get more staff Then?
    Not saying u don't get many players joining everyday but good candidates aren't hanging on trees.

    What if we just did the same thing as mineplex and had mods for individual platforms. Eg. Teamspeak mods, forums mods, and ingame mods. All would be staff on everything, but would be in charge of their respective field.

    That would be an awesome idea. Then I might try to go for an ingame mod. I love this idea I'm suprised nobody ever though of that
