    Hello,

    As many of you know already, I've been working on War 2.0 for some time. I often post updates on my Twitter but not everyone uses it, and not everyone knows about it; therefore I'd like today to share my progress here.

    With a unique guns plugin, dynamic spawnpoints, advanced clans features, stats tracking and much more to come, War 2.0 will be innovative while still carrying on the feeling of the original War servers. This thread will be updated in the following weeks; make sure to come back every now and then.

    Without further ado, let's move on to the progress!

    » Guns Plugin
    Done. War 2.0 will feature a brand new guns plugin that has a lot more customization features -- you can find more information here.

    » Gamemodes
    Done. Along with the original gamemodes, new ones are in the making. Holding and defending a capture point while the enemies try to rush in will be a thing in 2.0.

    » Tab List
    Done. The old and mighty tab list that everyone loved will be there in time for 2.0, fresh and re-skinned. It will display information on the current game as well as personal stats.

    » Killstreaks & perks
    Done. Who wouldn't love killstreaks other than the three classical ones? In War 2.0, there will be a total of 14 perks and 16 killstreaks!

    » Stats
    Done. On top of kills and deaths, assists, headshots, bullet accuracy, best killstreak and much more will be tracked.

    » Achievements (Will be implemented after release)
    » Bug fixes
    » Setup all the maps
    » Models for our many killstreaks
    » Redo gun values (damage, accuracy, etc), use appropriate levels
    » Prestige System
    » Loadouts GUI
    » Leveling
    » Database tweaks
    » Database hooks (loading and saving data)
    » Clan-related commands & code infrastructure
    » Designing, tweaking and testing grenades

    » Map voting
    » Game spectating

    » Designing, tweaking and testing guns: snipers, shotguns, SMGs, rifles, pistols, LMGs

    It'll sure be interesting to see how War 2.0 will be. I call dibs on beta! I know it's probably not going to be out for a while.

    Will this new guns plugin eventually be added to the current gamemodes that also use guns? (Wild West, WarZ, future FPSHG)

    It's a completely new server so stats are not related to the old war.
