    Notes:

    The reason why I decided to rework Skyworlds, and got chaotic to help me, is because it is a map that is generally liked by the community and is used often in matches. But, the map does lend itself to having some issues, especially in matches:

    1. It is quite archer OP, barely any cover at mid, making archer able to headshot alot of people.
    2. Spawn is almost directly above flag, meaning things like people, especially assassins, "respawn abusing" can be very unclear. Furthermore, it generally isn't good to have the spawn above flag for the same reason it isn't good for spawns in front of flags, and that is that defense has a much easier time getting ahead of the flag carrier, making it harder for offense.

    Those were the two main reasons why I started this rework, and to solve these issues I did a few things:

    1. Added more trees, but farther apart.
    2. Made spawn located where it was originally in skyworlds (to the right of flagroom).
    3. Made underground smaller in length, and moved the entrances closer to mid.
    4. Added "archer lookout" tower to right of flagroom.
    5. Moved flag to center of flagroom, and changed design of the flagroom building.
    6. Removed super OP sponge that was left of flagroom.
    7. Redesigned sides of mid to allow more paths, yet keeping it close to mid.
    8. Other small detailing things.

    Overall I am quite happy with this rework, and I want to say one more thing. I wanted to keep as true to the original as possible (landscaping, style, details, etc.) while adding and changing things to make it more balanced. If you are wondering why I did not do a style change that is the reason. This rework is supposed to balance it, not to make it a reskin.

    • Changed stairs leading into flagroom to be less tight.

    I don't necessarily like the stairway down into the flagroom above where the flag used to be. The bottom of the stairs, where you either go left or right to turn around to get to the flag, seems rather tight. It seems like the person with the flag would have a ton of trouble getting out of there, providing they used that route.

    Skyworlds is one of my least favourite maps. This rework isn't perfect, but I'd much rather see this in the game than the one we have now. +1 from me.
