CTF- Darkened Ages

I've always thought of writing a story about CTF, but I got too lazy. I'd love to see someone write a story about CTF.

 

I would as well, and im practically the villain of ctf so i may as well be in the story.

 

I wrote 9 chapters of a CTF story a few months ago, but the similarities with CTF pretty much ended after Chapter 1.

 

Yes, I'd definitely be interested. Gotta make those characters deep and complex tho

Me and @Nohox have an extremely elaborate plotline for CTF lore that we started in 2014. Should definitely get around to working on that some more.

I generally think of CTF's classes like that of TF2.
I feel like the Chemist would be the one taking charge, always has a strategy for every situation, the strongest of the bunch.
The mage is the loose Cannon, rarely follows orders but can still go toe to toe with most classes. They argue with chemists and like to think of themselves as the boss running the show. Thy can easily pack as much of a punch as the chemist but can easily screw up in the process.
Engineer is well; an engineer. He Builds things, generally in charge of fixing and building anything thats problematic. Loves the outdoors, camping, and talking. Groups of them are deadly foes and don't have to lift so much as a finger to be a threat.
Necro is a very lonely guy, and just wants friends. So he uses zombies as friends. (not particularly well I might add) Necros were probably engineers at one point but were scrutinized for being different and became isolated.
Soldier is your typical knight, follows orders to a letter, generally close minded about their mission at hand, normally stealing the other teams flag. Their rigorous training makes them formidable opponents when capturing however you'll rarely have to battle them, they know how to get passed defenses like the back of their hands
Assassins are criminals who have connections, and will gladly throw themselves at the enemy for a quick buck. Their use of drugs in combat is to be noted.
Pyros, like the Assassins are arsonists and generally felons that probably were taken from an asylum somewhere on the other teams land. They have a deep hatred for the other team and would much rather burn their flag in front of their faces than take it.
Ninjas are the true guards of the flag. They practically worship it as a symbol of their country, and if it comes under threat they would do anything to get it back, even giving their lives for a chance at recovering the icon.
Heavies are soldiers that were probably too stupid to follow orders. Their deployed en masse to target anything of the other teams color that moves. The few that have brains are dangerous opponents and stand out from the others in their abilities.
Archers have little interest in the pride of defending their country, they only find joy in killing others, occasionally keeping score to brag to their fellow team members later on.
Medics are quick to the joke and are very cheery for being on a battlefield. The enjoy helping others and all seem to know each other. They aren't to be underestimated however, they can last much longer than other classes on the battlefield.
Elves are reletively new to the battlefield and aren't nearly as hardened as other classes. They are ill equipped to fight the veterans of the war such as the chemist, but are not without their perks.
Dwarves are walking tanks, and they are proud of it. Even the strongest and most knowledgeable of classes will shiver at the thought of having to fight a dwarf. They take pride in their power and take the dirty job of defending the symbol of their country with stride.
