An appeal

This is not a ban appeal.
So for many players (and yes, I am among them) HG is just about the greatest thing concieved. Of course, we all have our problems now again (mine being lag and a recurring team of 5), but at least we can tough those problems out. No, the most annoying issue currently is: lack of staff. Yes, I can see the complaints, and the haters, and everyone else, but this is a serious problem. There are some problems (e.g. a major issue with the kit system yesterday), and most issues are addressable through more server staff. While we have moderators (@SoCool21 and @Turmac), those are 2 moderators. One of them is Trial. We have 2 S-Mods, one of them is @Viva, and he is more responsible for hacker reports, appeals, etc. We have @BlueGuyARed, who has done good things, but we need a person who is online enough to know what is balanced (my view on some kits: https://www.brawl.com/threads/60573/ ). Not neccesarily me (I am not on the list for becoming moderator), but the person should not have to be a moderator. I envision a kind of community transmitter, receiving ideas directly from players and then being able to put them in places where HG's designers and coders are able to look at them. Because: many posts with excellent ideas go under in the wave of threads and posts, and even moderators miss things sometimes (speaking from experience).

tl;dr: We need a person to directly bring ideas to the people in charge of HG.

Now, and this is just opinion, I would like you readers to suggest someone. It needs to be someone with awareness of what can be considered balanced (*cough* so not the designer of Viking *cough*). Of course it should go without saying that the person needs to actually play HG on a regular basis.
