    I believe we should allow anyone to test purely because it helps with bug testing, but at the same time I know that it's important to get an organized description of bugs, so we can't just let any old randy on. They do this on other servers as well, except they're not so nice and instead have a testing team. If we could open it to people we know, or even create a testing team, that could help immensely.
