    Hey there, welcome to the forums.

    You can't actually apply for Mod, but you can apply for Jmod. To apply for Jmod, make a post here. When you start making the post, the application will automatically appear, you just need to fill it in. Before making an app, I'd recommend being active on the forums for a few weeks. You should also read this thread so you know the requirements for being a Jmod. To become a Mod, you need to pass the trial phase, then get promoted from Jmod to Mod. Good luck!
