Chat reports are a copy of the last 20-ish lines of chat that the (reporting) player sees. If you said it, and they report it, the staff member can see it. No ifs', ands' or buts' about it.

If you do it again, yes. You should know better by this point.

So basically anyone that has been muted/etc for any reason whatsoever 40 times in the 8 month time period gets perm banned? A perm ban sounds very extreme for anything less than threats or hacking.

It's just a regular, non-expiring ban. I'm pretty sure you're OK to alt it as long as you aren't banned on two other alts. I'm not sure what happens if you continue rule breaking on your alts. @Lord_Roke

 

You get punished for avoiding a normal ban on an alt so it would still apply here.

A normal, non-expiring ban is just another term for perm ban, which is crazy considering 8 months is a lot of time. This will backfire at least on ctf on how rude and crude most players are.

No, you don't. You can alt a ban as long as you aren't banned on two other alts.
