    This sale does violate EULA.

    @Chap should take more interest in promoting the server. While nice, this isn't going to fix the larger financial problems related to a dwindling player base.

    Oh well, hopefully we don't get banned for as long this time.

    it was only a few months ago when brawl was blacklisted. It got off the blacklist after it changed it's policies to be EULA abiding. If it hadn't, it would still be on the blacklist and nobody would be able to blacklist it. That EULA can and has already been enforced once
