Idea Winning Credit Bonus? + "Attempts" Concept

    So, Instead of adding "100" credits every time you win, why not add it in %s. For example:

    Win Round: 10% credit bonus for that round.
    Win Match: 30% credit bonus. (Excluding round bonus) ((so 30% total))

    Let's say you got 100 credits on the first round and win, you get 110 credits.
    If you get a total of 300 credits and win the match, then you would get 390 credits? I'm not sure.

    So in order to get more credits, you gotta participate in the game!


    -----Attempts-----

    This concept is really simple: every day you get a number of free attempts (probably just one) to play a class. This allows players to test out which class they want to buy for the future. I understand we have free Friday, but it's just at least one chance a day.
    These attempts would last until you die.

    Since I'm just starting out on this pvp server, with heavy or archer I'm pushing it if I can get around 75 credits a game, but I normally average at 50. That's 200 completed games to get 1 class that I haven't tested :smile:

    The reason a winning round credits thing hasnt been added is because people join mid game or 5 seconds left or players switch. -1

    The 2nd idea is bad as well, players don't like freeday unless you don't have any classes. Making a smaller version of freeday every day would be terrible. -1

    What if you only get the bonus if you haven't switched teams?

    But say you switch teams right at the start? It also doesn't fix the issue with joining midgame.

    It wouldn't matter if you switched teams at the start, You are still unbalancing them and therefor you in particular wouldn't get the reward. Also, what's wrong wth joining mid game? Yes some would get unlucky/lucky, but I don't see the problem, you'd still have to work to win

    So, what if people join mid-game? They still need to get credits to get the bonus. If you join towards the end and you only got 1 kill, you get no bonus credits. What's wrong about that? Also if they switch to the winning team, it could disable the bonus.

    The second idea, I understand, but it's just one free attempt at one class, or you could just buy an attempt, like 250 credits for one attempts or something.

    I guess. For the second though, it's not worth it, by attempt though you mean 1 death, 1 round or 1 game?

    +1... ish. Why do you get a higher credit increase in round 3 than in round 1?
    With a bit of work, I'd rather see this replace Freeday. The only issue is this: if someone only played a few games a day, they could just keep on using their attempts instead of actually spending credits on the class.

    You can make it so that one attempt won't really last long? Maybe 3 deaths per attempt.

    I mean, some sort of payment for an attempt would be nice too. Before you say anything, I don't mean real life money, but maybe voting or spending 200 credits for an attempt.

    Say you win round 1, lose round 2 but win round 3, that's better than winning round 1 and 2. Maybe make it for every round you win, it adds 10%?

    Say if I get 3 caps in that game - I'd only get a 20 credit bonus. Meanwhile, some archer who kills 5 players and doesn't really do anything else also gets 20 credits, even though clearly I'd deserve to get a bigger bonus by winning. Not everyone contributes equally to a win, so not everyone should have the same bonus. With a percentage bonus, its still fair since everyone gets +20% (for example), but the person who gets 3 caps gets more credits for winning than someone who random killed for the whole game.
