New building: The dojo

    This is modeled on my old dojo where I had my martial arts.
    Of course, it could do with some detail, but I'm not a talented builder.

    So what happens is: if you fight someone in the dojo (leaving your muddy boots at the door), you each get some kind of bonus. Also, other players may NOT disturb the fight. I think there could be some cool sound effects along with this, but I'd like to hear some suggested bonuses first.

    The idea itself (as well as the build :stuck_out_tongue:) could do with some more detail. How would this be implemented in the game exactly?
