Idea Assists

    I'm pretty sure we've all had that moment when we are PvPing like a boss and then someone strolls in and steals your kill (or someone head shots the person you're fighting). So, to resolve this conflict, there could be kill assists. If a player dies and you've hit them within the past 4 seconds, it counts as an assist, giving you one credit. This would also be good for Necro, as it would help it get Skeletons and Blazes quicker.

    For Necro, assists could perhaps count as half a kill (10 to get Skellies 30 to get Blazes). Is is just a suggestion!

    I like the idea of adding assists back. On McPvP they had an assist stat in-game and they removed it when the transfer to Brawl happened. I can't count how many times I had headshot someone that my teammate was fighting and stole the kill.

    As for the Necro changes, I haven't played or played against Necro so I can't say anything there.

    Nice but i think you need to do at least 2-4 hearts of damage before its called an assist

    I like the Idea, But I think that you should have dealt about 1/2 their health so it is a bit balanced. I can really feel your pain in this. On the other hand the aim of the game is to capture the flag, not to just kill anything that comes in your way. Still have some question: What about carrier kills, same rule?, How much does an assist award, half value? Nice idea though :grinning:
