Idea Necro Tourney

    Regarding the post of Kytsyne, which can be found here, an idea came to me. Regarding the new changes to necro, there should be a community tournament in which teams fight scrimmages with necro. We would have to find a ref, or not have one at all (since this isn't a CTF teams tourney). However, if this were to go through, players would get others to join them in a scrimmage against another "team" and fight with official CTF match rules, however, necro would be playable. This would help us see where it stands in matches, and see if hopefully this class can see the light of viability and playtime once more.

    I think we still need time testing out necro. Let's not jump into match testing if we still haven't figured out if necro needs buffs or nerfs. While a good idea, will teams really test necro, or will they just treat this as a normal match w/o necro. In my opinion this should be held off for now while we still public test necro in the "casual" setting.

    (it's basically get friends from any team and play to ctf match rules but with necro)
